Aram Pakhchanyan
Aram Pakhchanyan is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Ayb Educational Foundation, a driving force in educational modernisation in Armenia. Led Ayb School from 2014 to 2020.
Worked in IT business since 1993, was a VP and Director of the Data capture products department at ABBYY. Under his leadership, ABBYY became an internationally recognised top player in the data capture market.
Actively involved in various social activities, such as the Gituzh initiative, holding a TV show on education, and giving talks at different conferences in Armenia and abroad. Leads a course on management and leadership in education. Participates as an LP and advisor in different venture funds and on the boards of schools and NGOs.
Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and studied in the MBA programme in educational leadership at UCL.

Alexander Plato Hakobyan

Alexander Plato Hakobyan is an Adviser on Strategic Initiatives of the "Teach Armenia" foundation. Previously, he was the Head of Communications of Breavis consulting, held the position of Public and External Relations Director of the Public Television Company of Armenia, and then the role of General Producer.
Alexander has involved in a broad coverage of activities: science, pedagogy, music, producing and literature. In the same time, he is serving as a host, brilliantly performing on academic, television and radio platforms.
Alexander Plato Hakobyan is a communications expert. He studied philosophy and psychology at Yerevan State University and Charles University in Prague.

Frederic Encel

Frederic Encel is a French writer and scholar of geopolitics. He is Professor of International Relations at the ESG Management School, a lecturer at Sciences-Po Paris, and seminar leader at the French Institute of Geopolitics.
Encel is also a geo-political consultant for public and private companies involved in export, and a journalist on France Inter.
Frédéric Encel has authored many books and articles on the subject of geopolitics. His “The Paths of Power: Reflections on 21st century geopolitics” is the winner of the Geopolitics Book Award 2022․
He received his DEA in geopolitics from the Centre of Geopolitical Analysis and Research (known in French as the Centre de recherches et d’analyses géopolitiques) at the University of Paris VIII. He holds a doctorate in geopolitics.

Marie Briere
Marie Briere is the Head of the Investor Intelligence and Academic Partnership at Amundi Institute. She is also a senior associate researcher at Paris Dauphine University and Université Libre de Bruxelles. She conducts research on portfolio choice, sustainable finance, household investment decisions and pension, to advise the strategic decisions of institutional investors and the design of investment solutions for individual investors.
She is the Chairman of Inquire Europe, Director of the FaIR scientific program of Institut Louis Bachelier, Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the European Savings Observatory and a member of several scientific councils, such as that of the European Capital Market Institute of CEPS.
Her scientific articles have been published in academic journals and her work has been featured in several news outlets including the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal. She received the Markowitz award for her article on "Sovereign Wealth and Risk Management". She holds a PhD in economics from the University Paris X and graduated from ENSAE.

Martin Galstyan

Martin Galstyan started working at the Central Bank of Armenia in 1998. For many years, he headed the international reserves management division of the Financial Operations Department, then headed the Statistics Department. From 2018 to 2020, he was a member of the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia. On April 17, 2020, Martin Galstyan was elected the president of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by the National Assembly.
He is an international consultant/lecturer at the World Bank. He teaches the subject "Competitiveness and Clusters" at the American University of Armenia. At the same university, he lectures under the license of the Harvard Business School program. In 2015, he was rewarded as the best lecturer at the American University of Armenia.
He studied at the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University, then received his PhD at the same university. He received Master’s degree in Public Administration at John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University.

Armen Kherlopian

As a Scientist-CEO, Dr. Armen Kherlopian leads Covenant Venture Capital based in New York City. He is also a Founding Partner of the BAJ Accelerator. Regarding board service, Dr. deriving Kherlopian serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH)․ He also serves as a board director at Scylla and is an advisor to Cognaize and Embodied.
Previously he was a Chief Science Officer at Genpact. He was key in developing the advanced analytics book of business and co-authored the seminal Field Guide to Data Science.
Dr. Kherlopian is an awardee of the U.S. National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, U.S. Department of Energy Computational Science Graduate Fellowship, is a Coca-Cola Scholar and a U.S. Delegate to the Lindau Nobel Laureates Meetings. He holds a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Algorithms from Columbia University, a PhD in Biophysics with a focus on Machine Learning from Cornell University. He also completed a fellowship in High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence at Princeton University.

From 2015 to 2018 Hrayr Aslanyan was the Member of ACBA Leasing’s Board of Directors. Previously he was holding the position of the Head of ACBA’s Trading. Frederic Pascal is the Co-Head of the OCIO Solutions Division, Multi-Asset Solutions at Amundi. Frederic joined Amundi as a portfolio manager for institutional portfolios in 2006, before acting as an investment expert for various Pension Funds (Fedéris Gestion d’Actifs and Caisse de Prévoyance et de Retraites du Personnel des Organismes de Mutualité) and Insurance Companies (GAN). Frederic Pascal is a Chartered Actuary. He holds a master’s degree in financial & actuarial science and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from University Claude Bernard in Lyon.

Jean Mazedjian
Since 2016 Jean Mazedjian is the Executive Officer of Amundi-ACBA. At the same time, he oversees joint ventures established by Amundi Group in different countries around the world. From 2010 to 2016 he was working for Amundi, the European leader company in Asset Management. He holds the role of managing the portfolios of Corporate and major French institutions' clients at Société Générale, then at LCL Bank. Jean Mazedjian holds two master degrees in economics and energy policy one from the National Institute of Nuclear Sciences and Techniques of Saclay, the other from Paris Nanterre University.
